Wendy Jespersen, President
Wendy Jespersen is the President of the Alliance Search Group Inc., a technical recruiting firm in the MidWest specializing in Manufacturing and Engineering talent for national clients. Wendy is originally from Iowa and began her recruiting career in 1992. In 1999 she incorporated the Alliance Search Group.

An accomplished recruiter, she has found employment opportunities for individuals ranging from Production Supervisors, Engineers, Purchasing Managers up to Plant Managers. Companies small and large, including Fortune 500 firms, have reached out to her to find the talent they needed to keep their competitive edge. She is well respected for her tenacity, diligent follow-through and ethics.

She offers exceptional knowledge of the manufacturing industry gained through two decades of specialized recruitment in that sector and continues to develop a strong network of candidates and client companies.

Wendy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from GrandView College. She is a Member of the Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals.

Mary Jones, Vice President
Mary Jones is the Vice President of the Alliance Search Group Inc. Mary is originally from Wyoming and began her recruiting career in 1993. She joined the Alliance Search Group in 1999 as Vice President in charge of the Cedar Rapids division.

Her established reputation in the manufacturing recruitment industry has enabled her to develop strong relationships and trust with her candidates and client companies. Her years in the technical recruiting industry have taught her the importance of understanding, determination and dedication throughout the recruiting process. Attributes that are essential in bringing the right candidate and company together. Mary is focused on building and maintaining business relations with her clients and candidates by partnering with them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Mary holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Wyoming. She is a Member of the Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals.

Allison Dominisse, Senior Project Manager
Allison joined the Alliance Search Group Inc in 2001. She began as Executive Assistant working closely with the President of the company on all administrative, research and project management functions.

In her current role as Senior Project Manager, Allison is responsible for over-seeing and managing the recruitment for a select group of client companies in the Manufacturing Industry.

Allison relates well with candidates and clients, allowing her to make effective employment matches. Settling for nothing less than confidentiality and professionalism, Allison understands the importance of placing qualified candidates and meeting the personnel needs of her clients.

Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Iowa State University. She is a Member of the Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals.

Sari Lansing, Executive Assistant
Sari joined the Alliance Search Group in 2010. She is the Executive Assistant working closely with the President of the company on all administrative, research and marketing.

Sari is currently attending AIB in Des Moines, Iowa where she will be majoring in Marketing. She is a Member of the Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals.
