Experience Required: Must pass pre-determined welding exam. Ability to recognize proper welds as applied to different shapes and thickness of metal.
One to three years, prior welding experience and background. Manufacturing experience, preferred.

Job Description: Capable of constructing, maintaining, and repairing advanced rotational molds and fixtures. Meets quality and performance expectations. Experience provides the ability to design molds and fixtures and assist, educate and help promote Mold Builder 2. Design and builds components, fixtures, gauges, jigs, and specialty tools from metal and aluminum. Works closely with Lead Worker and Director of Engineer to coordinate workload. Supports and troubleshoots tooling and production issues as part of the Roto Mold Team.
