Our company is targeted to catering to the different needs per client within the manufacturing or architectural and engineering industries so that our clients do not have to contact different recruiters for every different type of position.

If given the opportunity to assist you in a search we can guarantee that you will work personally with chief executives and with the assistance of a strong support staff. By being very hands on we are able to keep our service consistent with the ethical and moral standards that we uphold. We limit the number of clients that we do work with so that we can provide you with the service that you deserve and that we expect.

We work on a contingency basis. There is never a fee unless you choose to hire our candidates. We start by gaining a thorough understanding of your company and the position available. Not only do we focus our search efforts on skills and job experience, we also look at the personality and career ambitions of the candidate to make sure they match your corporate culture.

We utilize a number of sources in finding the right candidate for our client companies. When conducting a search we cover all areas: existing candidates, soliciting new candidate referrals, word of mouth, utilizing our college professor network, networking with our engineering associations, paid resume databases and direct recruiting. We thoroughly screen them and narrow them down to the best candidates to present to you.

After we have identified one or two strong candidates, we will present them to you along with resumes, salary history and what they are searching for in a career opportunity. We will arrange the interviews with you and assure that our candidates come to the interview well prepared. We will provide you with feedback and are with you and the candidate throughout the entire interviewing process.

Once you have made your decision, we will handle the offer and the resignation for you. When the candidate accepts the position, we assist them in their resignation and try to assure that a counter offer does not disrupt the process. We are in touch with them while they work out their notice and continue to stay in touch during the first month of employment. We provide you with consistent feedback on how things are going from the candidates’ perspective. We encourage you to contact us for a list of client company references.
